可能であれば、ツイート主の最新ツイートも内部に取得されます。
多くのユーザーオブジェクトを一括で取得する場合はGET users / lookupを使用します。
プロテクトユーザーの最新のツイートを見るには、そのユーザーをフォローしていなければなりません。 プロテクトユーザーをフォローしていない場合は、そのユーザーのツイートは除外されます。 ツイートは常にcurrent_status フィールド内に取得される訳ではありません。
